Staff Interview: Meet Rob "Snakes" Bispo
We've been letting you get to know our staff over the past couple of months and today we'd like to introduce you to Rob "Snakes" Bispo, the manager of our Florence location.
Rob is a licensed Master Barber, originating from New Jersey. During his free time he enjoys traveling and when he grows up he wants to explore the world!
What is your favorite product to use when styling your client’s hair? Natural Pomade X, I love the scent, and it’s not too heavy with a nice shine.
How long have you been doing hair? I’ve been licensed for almost 5 years, but started cutting my own hair & friends around 1990.
What’s your favorite thing about cutting/doing someone’s hair? I really enjoy seeing their reaction of the end product, weather it’s a smile, or a spring in their step, I feel like I was able to contribute the their boost in self confidence.
What is a new trend or style you see developing? Shorter, messier, textured top with tight sides.
What’s your favorite style to create? Honestly, my favorite is straight razor shaved head.
What’s something your clients may not know about you that you’d like to share? My first love is and will forever be music, playing, writing, performing or just listening.
If you were a type of beer, what brew would you be and why? Hard question, I don’t really care for beer.
What makes you feel fully alive? A hobby, a moment? Playing music
What’s your spirit animal? Well according to spirit animal.info my spirit animal is the Wolf.
Where are you from? I grew up in New Jersey, moved to SC 15 years ago.
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to in 2019? Getting into hair education and helping others hone their barbering skills.
